The staff was ACCOMMODATING & everything was wonderful. I appreciated that we had a flat-screen TV, a writing desk and ironing facilities in the room. Moreover, the free Wi Fi was comfortable for working. Nice comfy base for exploring Frostburg.

Nice staff, they did everything for us. The bed was comfortable, the amenities included central heating, an individual safe and an ironing set.

I did not like the fact that the reservation was not able to be cancelled and that was NOT clear on the internet until after I received my confirmation. If it needs to be that way, put that NO CANCELLATION in large letters.

Price. Convenient location.
Staff was rude and unwelcoming. Room was clean but minimal in terms of comfort. Will stay at the Hampton Inn next time.

The price was great the rooms where very clean and very comfortable wasn't able to stay only 1 night but would love to come back. The staff was very good and polite.
I think for us having more things on the breakfast buffet would have been good like eggs, bacon and sausage but other than that it was great

We were very satisfied with our stay at Days Inn. We were fishing in Garrett County and Days Inn was reasonably close. The staff was great and the room was very nice. On the down side, the breakfast was meager. I know it was free but a little more would attract more people...I Think.........I Haven't seen white bread since I was a child.......a very long time ago.......maybe consult with a nutritionist...also, the milk for the cereal was whole mile.....YUK! How about skim milk....... The complimentary newspaper was a good touch also! Thanks!

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly, the king room was large, clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to Frostburg, LaVale, and Cumberland.
Because we only stayed overnight, I did not pack a full complement of toiletries. I was disappointed to see that only bar soap and shampoo were provided by the motel. I admit, this is a minor complaint. We were awakened at 5 am by exceedingly rude and noisy neighbors in the motel. Upon checkout we mentioned this to the young lady at the front desk, who apologized and said that the rooms next to and above us were unoccupied, so it was difficult to say where the noise had come from. Of course, we didn't blame the motel for the behavior of unprincipled guests.
